摘要
近几年来智能软开关(soft open point,SOP)的技术趋于成熟化且大众化,使SOP在传统配电网的运用越来越受关注,因此为了研究传统开关设备与SOP并存下的配电网运行情况,首先,建立计及SOP的柔性互联配电网重构优化模型,针对SOP的传输功率、开关的开闭状态,以网损最小为优化目标,综合考虑分布式电源以及SOP损耗的前提下,提出一种改进离散二进制粒子群算法(improved discrete binary particle swarm optimization,IDBPSO)和改进交直流潮流计算的混合算法来求解该混合整数非线性优化问题。最后在改进的PG&E69节点配电系统上,验证了所提出的优化模型和混合算法的有效性。
In recent years,the technology of smart soft open point(SOP)has become mature and popular,making the use of SOP in traditional distribution networks more and more concerned.Therefore,in order study the coexistence of traditional switchgear and SOP network operation conditions,firstly,a flexible interconnected distribution network optimization model that takes SOP into account is established.Aiming at the transmission power of SOP and the state of switches,the optimization goal is to minimize the network loss,and comprehensively consider the distributed power and SOP loss.Under the above premise,a hybrid algorithm of improved discrete binary particle swarm optimization(IDBPSO)and improved AC/DC power flow calculation is proposed to solve the mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem.Finally,based on the improved PG&E69 node power distribution system,the effectiveness of the proposed optimization model and hybrid algorithm is verified.
