摘要
炙作为一项传统的烹饪方法,不但没有消失,反而广受欢迎,炙或者烧烤已经深深植入人们的饮食文化中,与人们的生活密不可分。因此,本文通过分析汉代炙炉的形制与功能,提出汉代炙炉的形制与功能在现代炙炉设计中的应用思路,并赋予实践。以期为现代炙炉设计提供一定的借鉴。
As a traditional cooking method,char has not disappeared,but is widely popular.Char or barbecue has been deeply embedded in people's food culture and is closely separated from people's life.Therefore,by analyzing the shape and function of the burning furnace in the Han Dynasty,this paper puts forward the application idea of the shape and function of the burning furnace in the design of modern burning furnace in the Han Dynasty,and gives practice to it.In order to provide some reference for modern furnace design.
