摘要
在新一轮科技革命和产业变革浪潮的带动下,智慧供应链正在快速发展,与之相关的城市智慧供应链发展也成为当前供应链研究领域中的重要问题。然而,传统的供应链发展评价指标体系难以直接应用到智慧供应链评价中。为此,本文从企业视角和区域视角出发,从城市智慧供应链基础设施情况、人力资源投入情况、资金投入情况、企业创新情况、供应链效率和效益6个维度构建了中国城市智慧供应链的发展评价体系,设计了基于改进的TOPSIS方法的评价方法,并进行了中国城市智慧供应链发展指数评价,为城市管理部门量化智慧供应链发展水平提供了方法依据。
Driven by a new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,smart supply chain is developing rapidly,and the development of related urban smart supply chain has also become an important issue in the current supply chain research field.However,it is difficult for smart supply chain evaluation to directly apply the traditional supply chain development evaluation index system.Therefore,from the perspectives of enterprises and regional,this paper builds a development assessment system for the smart supply chain from the six dimensions:infrastructure,human resources investment,capital investment,enterprise innovation,supply chain efficiency and effectiveness of urban smart supply chain,and designs an evaluation method based on improved TOPSIS method to carry out the evaluation of urban smart supply chain development index in China,which provides a method basis for the city management department to quantify the level of supply chain development.
