凉肝清心汤联合优甲乐对甲状腺功能减退患者的疗效观察

Effect observation of Lianggan Qingxin Decoction combined with Euthyrox on patients with hypothyroidism

目的观察凉肝清心汤联合优甲乐治疗甲状腺功能减退的临床疗效及其对甲状腺功能和血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的甲状腺功能减退患者123例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组61例给予优甲乐治疗,观察组62例增加自拟凉肝清心汤治疗,两个月后对比两组患者临床疗效、中医症候积分、甲状腺功能、血清炎性因子水平、药物安全性。结果观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TSH明显低于对照组,FT3、FT4明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟凉肝清心汤联合优甲乐能有效提高甲状腺功能减退患者的临床疗效,明显提高患者甲状腺功能,降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianggan Qingxin Decoction combined with Euthyrox in the treatment of hypothyroidism and its influence on thyroid function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods 123 cas⁃es of patients with hypothyroidism were selected as the research object,61 cases in the control group was given Euthyrox,62 cases in the observation group increased Lianggan Qingxin Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.After two months,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,thyroid function,serum inflammatory factors level and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);TSH of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,FT3 and FT4 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combi⁃nation of Lianggan Qingxin Decoction and Euthyrox can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of hypothyroidism,signif⁃icantly improve the thyroid function of patients and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
