摘要 介绍了江苏某印染废水的厌氧处理工程,采用EGSB厌氧工艺,设计水量为1.5万m3/d,厌氧单元主要由调节池、篮式过滤器、EGSB厌氧反应器和斜管沉淀池组成。当厌氧反应器稳定运行时,EGSB反应器进水的pH控制在7.5~8.0时,温度控制在35~40℃,当EGSB进水COD在1500~1800mg/L时,斜管沉淀池出水COD在550~800mg/L,实现了COD去除率稳定在60%左右。EGSB的水力停留时间为1.4d、上流速度为1.35m/h左右和容积负荷在1.30kgCOD/(m3·d)左右,进水的B/C比0.3,出水提高到0.5。EGSB厌氧反应器和斜管沉淀池的运行费用较原来有所降低,为印染废水前端厌氧处理提供工程实践参考。 The anaerobic treatment of the dyeing wastewater in Jiangsu Province was introduced.The EGSB anaerobic process was used in this project.The design scale was 15000 m3/d.The anaerobic process was mainly composed of an adjusting tank,a basket filter,an EGSB anaerobic reactor and an inclined tube setting tank.When the anaerobic reactor was in stable.operation of the pH 7.5~8.0 and the temperature 35~40℃,the influent COD of the anaerobic reactor was about 1500~1880 mg/L,the effluent COD of the inclined tube setting tank was about 550~800 mg/L,and the COD removal rate was about 60%.The volume loading rate was about 1.35 kgCOD/(m3·d)and the HRT was about 1.4 d,the B/C was increased for 0.3 to 0.5.The operation cost of EGSB anaerobic reactor and Inclined tube sedimentation tank was less than the original cost and provided the engineering practice reference for the front-end anaerobic treatment of the dyeing wastewater.
