摘要 锅炉补给水处理系统顺控对电厂的正常运行起着重要作用。介绍了某燃气电厂锅炉补给水处理系统工艺流程,描述了该系统顺控调试过程中出现的问题,如超滤与PCF的多对多运行方式、反渗透的启停顺控优化、设备根据水箱液位自动待机及启动、超滤反冲洗排队及超滤加强反冲洗顺控优化等,提出了优化方案,为同类系统的顺控运行提供了参考。 The feedwater treatment system sequence control is important to the power plant.The process of feedwater treatment system is briefly introduced,the problems in sequence control commissioning are described in detail,including the many to many operation mode between ultrafiltration and pore control filter,the sequence control optimizing of reverse osmosis,the automatic start and stop depending on the liquid level,the ultrafiltration backwashing queuing routine and chemical enhanced backwash sequence control optimizing.The solutions are proposed and the reference for the same system is provided.
