基于卓越创新人才培养的给排水一流专业实践教学基地建设与实践

The construction and practice of practice teaching base of water science and engineering first-class undergraduate education based on the cultivation of outstanding innovative talents

针对给排水科学与工程专业人才培养中存在的实践教学基地不能有效支撑一流专业卓越创新人才培养的问题,依托国家实验教学示范中心、国家特色专业建设点、江西省高校卓越工程师培养计划等质量工程建设项目,以知识创新和实践创新能力提升为引领,以卓越创新人才培养为导向,深化科教融合,加强江西省饮用水安全重点实验室和给排水重点开放实验室等校内创新实践教学基地建设;深化产教融合,加强江西省产学研合作示范基地、给排水专业卓越人才培养基地等校外创新实践教学基地建设。通过多年的建设与实践,在人才培养、社会服务等方面取得了显著成效,发挥了示范引领和辐射带动作用。

The cultivation of outstanding and innovative talents could not be supported efficiently by the practical teaching base of water science and engineering first-class undergraduate education.To solve this problem,based on the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center,National Specialty Construction Site,the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers(PETOE)of Jiangxi University,leading by the improvement of knowledge innovation ability and practical innovation ability,aiming at the cultivation of outstanding and innovative talents,the integration of research training and teaching was deepened.The construction of Key Laboratory of Drinking Water Safety in Jiangxi province and the Key Open Laboratory of Water Science and Engineering.in our school were promoted;Integration of enterprises and education was also been deepened,the construction of off-campus innovative practice teaching base,such as the Training Base of the Enterprise-University-Research Institute Cooperation,the Water Science and Engineering Professional Outstanding Talent Training Base.were promoted.Through years of construction and practice,remarkable achievements have been made in personnel training and social services,which has played a leading role and had the radiation effect.
