Financial Service the Rural Revitalization Strategy——Research Based on Zhejiang Rural Credit Cooperatives

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,开启了金融机构尤其是农村金融机构深化服务乡村发展的新时代。为此,如何把握实施乡村振兴战略的历史机遇,实现高质量发展,是金融机构亟待回答的问题。本研究以浙江农信为例,基于SWOT分析框架,深入剖析浙江农信服务乡村振兴战略的内外部环境,系统总结浙江农信服务乡村振兴战略的七大行动措施,明确下一步应该采取的四大保障措施,为浙江农信进一步提升金融服务乡村振兴战略质效提供实践指导,也为全国农村中小银行服务乡村振兴战略提供经验借鉴。

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is one of the major decisions made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the chief gripper of the"three rural"work in the new era.It has opened a new era for financial institutions,especially rural financial institutions,to further serve rural development.Therefore,how to grasp the historical opportunity of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and achieve high-quality development is an urgent problem for financial institutions to answer.Taking Zhejiang rural credit cooperatives as an example,based on SWOT analysis framework,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Zhejiang rural credit cooperatives service Rural Revitalization Strategy,systematically summarizes seven action measures,and clarifies the four safeguard measures to be taken in the next step.This will provide practical guidance for Zhejiang rural credit cooperatives to further improve the quality and efficiency of financial service Rural Revitalization Strategy,and provide experience for the national rural small and medium-sized banks to serve the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
