板料三点弯曲成形及其实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 三点弯曲中板料的性能参数对弯曲成形质量有很大影响,而板料在卸载之后发生的回弹现象是弯曲成形工艺中对成形质量影响最大的问题。通过利用PLC与触摸屏组合控制系统对三点折弯机CB150D进行改进,并对常见的3种板料304不锈钢板、铝板、铜板进行多次三点弯曲成形实验,通过实验结果分析得到三种板料的弯曲位移与弯曲角度、弯曲力与凸模行程的变化关系曲线,再利用迭代的方法对板料弯曲成形过程中的回弹现象进行分析,并验证板料在弯曲成形过程中回弹角的准确性。结果表明,迭代分析方法能较为准确地得到不同板料的回弹角,可为弯曲成形工艺中的回弹修正提供一定的参考,从而提高板料弯曲成形质量。 The properties of sheet metal in free-bending have great influence on the forming quality,and the springback of sheet metal after unloading is the most important problem in bending processes.The CB150D free-bending machine is improved by using the combination of PLC and touch screen control system,and free-bending forming experiments are implemented for many times on the three kinds of common sheet metal:304 stainless steel plate,aluminum plate,copper plate,to get the curves of bending displacement and bending angle,bending force and punch stroke of the three kinds of sheet metal.Then,the springback phenomenon in the bending process of sheet metal is analyzed by iterative method,and the accuracy of springback angle is verified.The results show that the iterative analysis method can obtain the springback angle of different sheet metal more accurately,which can provide certain reference for the springback correction of sheet metal bending process,thus improving sheet metal bending quality.
