摘要
针对少齿差直线共轭齿轮副齿廓的设计提出基于5个齿廓独立参数的齿廓的数学描述,讨论了齿廓干涉的分类、判定条件与齿廓参数的取值范围,最后根据齿廓曲线方程通过MATLAB编程计算出齿廓坐标点,并在Siemens NX软件中进行三维建模及运动仿真,验证了齿廓无干涉建模方法的可行性与准确性。
Aiming at the design of the tooth profile of linear conjugate gear pair with small tooth difference,the mathematical description of tooth profile based on five independent parameters of tooth profile is proposed.The classification,determination conditions and the range of tooth profile parameters of tooth profile interference are discussed.Finally,according to the tooth profile curve equation,the tooth profile coordinate points are calculated by MATLAB programming,and 3D modeling and motion simulation are performed in Siemens NX software,which verify the feasibility and accuracy of the tooth profile non-interference modeling method.
