摘要
通过台架测试分别在不同负荷下对氢气循环泵以及引射器进行实验,研究氢气循环泵的质量流量、出口温度、进出口压差。针对两款引射器分别进行台架测试与分析,在氢气再循环系统采用双级引射器并联方案,使双级引射器在全负荷下完全取代氢气循环泵,减少氢气循环泵功率,提高电堆输出功率,减少燃料消耗。
Experiments on hydrogen pump and ejector under different loads were carried out by bench test to study the mass flow rate,outlet temperature and inlet and outlet pressure difference of hydrogen circulating pump.The two ejectors were tested and analyzed on the platform respectively.The hydrogen recirculation system adopts the parallel connection scheme of the two-stage ejector,so that the two-stage ejector can completely replace the hydrogen circulation pump under full load,reduce the power of hydrogen circulation pump,and improve the output power and reduce consumption fuel of the stack.
