摘要
通过对市面上半挂车机械爬梯装置的分析研究,指出了机械爬梯装置存在的一些问题,并总结研发了一套设计方法,对复位弹簧的安装点位和主要参数进行了分析和计算,优化了复位弹簧机构,使爬梯的放下和收回过程更省力。
Through the analysis and research on the mechanical ramp of semitrailer on the market,some problems are pointed out,and a set of design methods are summarized and developed.The installation points and main parameters of the reset spring are analyzed and calculated,and the reset spring mechanism is optimized,making the ramps down and recovery process more labor-saving.
