2019年盘锦市职业性放射性疾病监测和职业健康风险评估结果分析

摘要 目的了解盘锦市职业性放射性疾病监测情况,目的在于预防控制职业性放射性疾病,最大限度地保护放射工作人员的职业健康权益,及时发现职业性放射性疾病风险,为制定修订放射卫生法规、标准提供科学依据。方法调查2019年盘锦市放射诊疗机构基本情况、放射工作人员职业健康检查情况、职业性放射性疾病诊断与鉴定情况。开展放射防护基本情况调查及放射工作人员个人剂量监测。结果盘锦市开展放射诊疗机构有85家,个人剂量监测人数608人,个人剂量监测率为95.3%,放射工作人员职业健康检查率为97.8%。全年无职业性放射性疾病诊断病例。结论2019年盘锦市放射诊疗机构中数字化放射诊疗设备已经远超过了传统X射线机,不同机构的放射防护配置也较为完善。个人剂量监测率和职业健康检查率还需卫生监督部门的监管。 Objective To understand status of occupational radiation disease surveillance,so as to prevent and control occupational radioactive diseases,maximize the protection of occupational health rights and interests of radiation workers,detect occupational radioactive disease risks in a timely manner,and provide scientific basis for the formulation and revision of radiological health regulations.Methods The basic conditions of radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions,the occupational health examination of radiation workers,and the diagnosis and identification of occupational radiation diseases in Panjin City in 2019 were investigated.The investigation on basic situation of radiation protection and personal dose monitoring of radiation workers were conducted.Results There were 85 radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions in Panjin City.608 people received the individual dose monitoring with the individual dose monitoring rate of 95.3%.The occupational health examination rate of radiation workers was 97.8%.No cases of occupational radioactive disease were diagnosed throughout the year.Conclusion The digital radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment in the radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions in Panjin City in 2019 has far surpassed the traditional X-ray machines,and the radiation protection configuration of each institution is relatively complete.The personal dose monitoring rate and occupational health examination rate also need to be supervised by the health supervision department.
