摘要
目的识别与分析风电机壳项目存在的职业病危害种类及水平,评价其职业病防护设施和措施的效果等,为管理者提供技术依据。方法2019年5月对山东省某风电机壳建设项目进行现状评价,主要采用职业卫生调查、检测、检查表对照分析法以及健康检查法等进行综合分析和评价。结果该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有玻璃钢粉尘、玻璃纤维粉尘、电焊烟尘、木粉尘、聚氯乙烯粉尘、苯乙烯、甲醇、乙酸甲酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、锰及其化合物、臭氧、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、高温、手传振动、工频电场和噪声等,关键控制点是模具打磨工、切割工和修整打磨工接触的玻璃钢粉尘、配料工和胶衣工接触的苯乙烯以及切割工接触的噪声。工人接触玻璃钢粉尘的时间加权平均浓度最大值为24 mg/m^3,15 min短时间接触浓度最大值为33 mg/m^3;胶衣工接触苯乙烯的时间加权平均浓度最大值为96 mg/m^3,15 min短时间接触浓度最大值为428 mg/m^3;工人接触的40 h等效声级强度最大值为88.9 dB(A)。结论山东省某风电机建设项目属于职业病危害严重的一类,职业病危害防护措施和设施需要进一步完善和加强。
Objective To identify and analyze the types and levels of occupational hazards in wind turbine housing projects,evaluate the effect of occupational disease prevention facilities and occupational health management measures,and provide the technical basis for the managers.Methods In May 2019,an evaluation of the status quo of a wind turbine housing construction project in Shandong Province was conducted.The methods of occupational health survey,detection,checklist comparative analysis and occupational health examination were used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Results The main occupational hazards of the construction project were glass fiber reinforced plastics dust,fiberglass dust,welding dust,wood dust,polyvinyl chloride dust,styrene,methanol,methyl acetate,benzene,toluene,xylene,manganese and its compounds,ozone,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,high temperature,manual vibration,power frequency electric field and noise.The critical control points were the glass fiber reinforced plastics dust which the mould grinders,cutters and dressers were exposed to,the styrene which the batchers and gellers were exposed to,and the noise which the cutters were exposed to.The maximum value of time weighted average concentration of the glass fiber reinforced plastics dust was 24 mg/m^3,and the maximum value of 15 min short time exposure concentration was 33 mg/m^3.The maximum value of time weighted average concentration of styrene for the gellers was 96 mg/m^3,and the maximum value of 15 min short time exposure concentration was 428 mg/m^3.The maximum value of equivalent sound level to a nominal 40 h was 88.9 dB(A).Conclusion The wind turbine housing construction project in Shandong Province belongs to the serious occupational hazards,and the protective measures and facilities of occupational hazard need to be further improved and strengthened.
