摘要
目的探讨上海市某高职大学生手机依赖性与心理健康状况的关系,为有效提高高职大学生的心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法2020年1月以上海市某高职大学生为研究对象,于线上收集问卷938份,采用手机依赖问卷和心理健康问卷进行评价。结果共调查938名学生,自我肯定平均得分为6.09±2.48、忧虑平均得分为0.99±1.53、焦虑平均得分为1.23±1.68、心理健康状况总平均得分为5.14±4.57和手机依赖总平均得分为60.09±12.64。相关分析和多元线性回归分析均显示和手机依赖性与自我肯定成负相关,与忧虑、焦虑以及心理健康总分成正相关(均P<0.01)。结论上海市某高职大学生心理健康状况有待提高,手机依赖现象有待改善,手机依赖是其心理健康状况的影响因素,可通过降低高职大学生手机依赖程度来提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the association of cell phone addiction with mental health status among students in a higher vocational college of Shanghai,provide theoretical basis for effectively improving the mental health level of higher vocational college students.Methods In January 2020,the students in a higher vocational college in Shanghai were selected as the research objects,a total of 938 questionnaires were collected online,and the Cell Phone Addiction Questionnaire and General Health Questionnaire were used in evaluation.Results Totally 938 students were investigated.The mean score of self affirmation,depression and anxiety was 6.09±2.48,0.99±1.53 and 1.23±1.68,respectively.The total mean score of mental health and cell phone addiction was 5.14±4.57 and 60.09±12.64 respectively.Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis showed that cell phone addiction was negatively correlated with self affirmation,and positively correlated with depression,anxiety and mental health score(all P<0.01).Conclusion The mental health status of students in a higher vocational college in Shanghai needs to be enhanced,and the phenomenon of cell phone addiction needs to be improved.The cell phone addiction is one of risk factors of mental health among higher vocational college students,and the mental health level can be improved by reducing their cell phone addiction.
