2016—2019年西安市监管场所羁押人员HIV监测情况

HIV surveillance of detainees in supervision places in Xi’an City from 2016-2019

目的对西安市监管场所羁押人员人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染状况及相关行为进行分析,为制定该人群HIV防治策略提供依据。方法2016—2019年对西安市监管场所羁押人员进行行为学调查及血清学检测,对HIV感染情况及高危行为进行分析。结果2016—2019年西安市监管场所羁押人员HIV阳性人数274人,阳性率为0.4%;≥50岁年龄、非陕西籍羁押人员HIV阳性率较高,分别为0.6%(82/13015)和0.7%(91/12671)。强戒所羁押人员HIV阳性人数为119人,阳性率为1.2%,高于其他场所。注射吸毒、共用针具及性乱行为均是HIV感染的高危行为(均P<0.05)。结论西安市监管场所羁押人员HIV感染水平处在低流行态势。常规监测是发现羁押人员HIV感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者的重要途径之一,加强场所内HIV感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的管理、防治知识宣传教育及行为干预,对预防控制HIV传播有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection status and related behaviors of detainees in supervision places in Xi’an City,provide a basis for the formulation of HIV prevention and treatment strategies in this population.Methods The behavior investigation and serological test were conducted on the detainees in supervision places in Xi’an City from 2016-2019,and the HIV infection status and high risk behaviors were analyzed.Results From 2016-2019,274 HIV positive cases were found among detainees in supervision places in Xi’an City,with a positive HIV infection rate of 0.4%.The HIV positive rates of detainees over the age of 50 and those of non-Shaanxi nationality were higher,which was 0.6%(82/13015)and 0.7%(91/12671)respectively.There were 119 HIV positive cases in the intensive treatment center,with a positive rate of 1.2%,which was higher than that in other places.Injecting drug abuse,sharing syringes and sexual promiscuity are high risk behaviors of HIV infection(all P<0.05).Conclusion The HIV infection level of detainees in supervision places in Xi’an City is low.Routine monitoring is one of the important ways to find HIV infections and AIDS patients in detainees.Strengthening the management of HIV infections and AIDS patients,education of prevention knowledge and behavioral intervention in the places are of great significance for the prevention and control of HIV transmission.
