摘要
间隙放电状态检测一直是电火花加工中的重要环节之一,其在很大程度上影响着电火花加工效率和加工质量。在分析传统间隙放电状态检测方法的基础上,设计了一种基于Zynq平台集实时间隙电压信号采集与滤波、放电脉冲类型判别以及伺服控制于一体的检测与控制系统,该系统以Zynq的可编程逻辑(Programmable Logic,PL)部分实现间隙电压信号的实时采集处理和滤波与放电脉冲判别,并在Zynq的处理器系统(Processing System,PS)中设计模糊控制器用于伺服进给的控制。实验结果表明,该系统可准确判别放电脉冲类型,具有更好的实时性,可获得更稳定的加工过程。
Gap discharge status detection is always one of the important links in Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM),because it greatly affects the efficiency and quality of EDM.Based on the analysis of the traditional gap discharge state detection method,a detection and control system based on Zynq platform that integrates real-time gap voltage signal acquisition and filtering,discrimination of discharge pulse types and servo control was designed.Programmable Logic(PL)part realized the real-time acquisition and processing of gap voltage signals and filtering and discrimination of discharge pulses,and a fuzzy controller was designed for servo feed control in Zynq’s Processing System(PS).Experimental results show that the system can accurately discriminate the type of discharge pulse,has better real-time performance,and can obtain a more stable processing process.
