苏北国控断面地理点位信息调整驱动水环境质量改善分析

Analysis on Geographical Point Information to Adjust the National Monitoring Section Drive Improvement of Water Environment Quality in Subei

生态环境部关于十四五的规划中提出水生态环境保护要突出水资源、水生态、水环境"三水"统筹。苏北根据自身水环境特点,以影响地区水生态环境质量的首要问题为出发点,通过增加断面水系覆盖面,加强工业、城镇生活、农业农村污染防治,注重流域水生态保护以及饮用水水源环境安全保障,同时兼顾水环境治理工作需求,结合地理点位信息精细化调整地表水环境监测断面布局。最后考虑到该地区水环境面临的总体形势,根据污染物超标倍数、水质类别同期对比对该地区国控断面调整后的水环境质量改善情况进行分析说明。

In the the 14 th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of ecology and environment,it is proposed that the water ecological environment protection should stress the overall planning of water resources,water ecology and water environment.According to the characteristics of its own water environment,Subei take the primary problems affecting the quality of regional water ecological environment as the starting point,through increasing the coverage of section water system,strengthen the prevention and control of industrial,urban life,agricultural and rural pollution,paying attention to the water ecological protection of the basin and the protection of the drinking water source environment,and taking into account the needs of water environment treatment and combining with the geographical point information to fine adjust the area surface water environment monitoring section layout.Finally,considering the overall situation of the water environment in this area,the improvement of the water environment quality after the adjustment of the national control section is analyzed and explained according to the over standard multiple of pollutants and the comparison of water quality types in the same period.
