晏阳初平民教育思想对当今农村社区教育的启示

The Enlightenment of Yan Yangchu’s Civilian Education Thoughts to the Rural Community Education

晏阳初平民教育思想对当今农村社区教育具有重要的意义与启示作用,如服务社会弱势群体、提高农村社区居民的精神与素养、形成农村社区教育的触角、丰富农村社区教育内容、注重相关管理制度研究、构建农村社区教育新模式、促进农村社区居民学校人才培养。基于晏阳初平民教育思想的视角,从资源整合、集团化发展、教育内容、教育模式、师资建设等方面分析农村社区教育的主要问题,并提出推进农村社区教育的对策。

Yan Yangchu’s civilian education thoughts are of great significance and Enlightenment to the current rural community education,such as serving the social vulnerable groups,improving the spirit and quality of rural community residents,intensely involvement in rural community education,enriching the content of rural community education,paying attention to the research of relevant management system,constructing a new model of rural community education,promoting the training of talents in rural community schools.Based on the perspective of Yan Yangchu’s civilian education thoughts,this paper analyzes the main problems of rural community education from the aspects of resource integration,group development,education content,education mode and teachers construction,and puts forward countermeasures to promote rural community education.
