高职扩招背景下如何提升教学质量?——基于高职学生学习经历调查的分析 被引量:4

How to Improve the Teaching Quality under the Background of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion?——Analysis Based on the Survey of Higher Vocational Students'Learning Experience

摘要 为高质量完成高职院校扩招200万的任务,应加强对人才培养质量的重视,关注高职学生群体的学习情况。对江苏省13所高职院校4个专业学生的学习经历调查发现,高职学生总体求职意愿强烈,学习投入较少,师生互动少,易忽视专业知识和技能的重要性,女性及文科专业学生不自信;高职院校需提升网络环境、外聘教师教学质量及非专业课程质量。结合扩招任务,基于调查发现,建议高职院校借助网络及学分银行,利用案例式教学等改善大教学环境,提升教学质量。 In order to accomplish the task of enrollment expansion of 2 million higher vocational college students,we should pay more attention to the quality of talent training and pay attention to the learning situation of higher vocational students.The investigation of the study experience of 4 students in 13 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province showed that the students in higher vocational colleges have high overall desire for employment,less investment in learning,less interaction between teachers and students.They tend to ignore the importance of professional knowledge and skills,and are lack of self-confidence,especially for female and liberal arts students.Higher vocational colleges need to improve the network environment,external teachers teaching and non-professional curriculum quality.Based on the investigation and discovery,it is suggested that higher vocational colleges should improve the teaching environment and improve the teaching quality with the help of the Internet,credit bank and case teaching.
