With the development of market economy and the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of social structure,the position and role of the construction of primary party organizations is becoming increasingly prominent.As one of the construction methods of the grass-roots party organizations,the research on the theory and practice of regional party construction has become a key research topic in the context of the current regional governance reform.In view of the current difficulties of regional party construction,it is necessary to explore a development path suitable for the national conditions in a timely and effective manner.It is necessary to promote regional governance with primary party construction and promote people′s livelihood construction with regional governance.
