视频辅助康复治疗技术对在校大学生非特异性下腰痛的疗效研究

摘要 目的研究视频辅助康复治疗技术对在校大学生非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月该学院患有NLBP的在校大学生100例作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予视频指导的康复治疗技术,观察组在对照组基础上结合传统的腰背肌稳定性训练和健康宣教,连续治疗4周。在治疗前、治疗后,分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、腰椎关节活动度(ROM)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、Aberdeen腰痛量表和腰背肌的肌肉耐力测试,对2组患者进行评估。结果2组治疗后VAS评分显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后ODI与治疗前组内、同期对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Aberdeen评分显著上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后腰椎前屈活动度与治疗前组内、同期对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后腰椎后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度较治疗前显著提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后脊柱肌群耐力较治疗前显著提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康宣教及传统腰背肌稳定性训练的基础上进行视频指导的康复治疗技术,能有效减轻NLBP患者的疼痛程度,增加ROM,提高腰椎肌群的肌肉耐力,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical effects of video-based rehabilitation therapy technology on non-specific lower back pain(NLBP)in college students.Methods A total of 100 college students who suffered from NLBP in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given video-guided rehabilitation treatment techniques,and the observation group combined traditional low back muscle stability training and health education on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks of continuous treatment.Before and after treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS),lumbar joint range of motion(ROM),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),Aberdeen low back pain scale and back muscle endurance test were used to evaluate the two groups of patients.Results The VPS of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment group and the control group in the same period,the differences in ODI of the observation group after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Aberdeen scores of the two groups increased significantly after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment group and the control group in the same period,the differences in lumbar flexion motion of the observation group after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar extension,left flexion,and right flexion of the two groups increased significantly,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The endurance of the spinal muscles in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of health education and traditional low back muscle stability training,the video-guided rehabilitation therapy technology can effectively reduce the pain of NLBP patients,increase the lumbar spine mobility,and improve the muscular endurance of the lumbar spine muscles.It is worthy of further clinical application.
