安徽省灵璧县乡村旅游发展影响因素分析——基于精准扶贫的视角

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Rural Tourism Development in Lingbi County Anhui--Based on Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

采用解释结构模型,对宿州市灵璧县的乡村旅游发展影响因素进行分析,结果显示,影响灵璧县乡村旅游发展的因素可以分为三个层次:一是直接因素,包括旅游服务水平、安全管理、宣传推广、文化内涵和景区品牌形象;二是推动因素,包括旅游可进入性、基础设施和旅游资源评价;三是根本因素,包括经济发展水平和政策支持。以上10个影响因子构建了灵璧县乡村旅游影响因素指标体系。为提升旅游扶贫的成效,灵璧县乡村旅游发展应着力完善基础设施建设,丰富乡村旅游产品体系,提升旅游文化内涵,加强宣传营销。

This article uses interpretative structural modeling method to analyze the influencing factors of rural tourism development in Lingbi County,Suzhou City for the first time,in order to provide reference and guidance for rural tourism development and tourism poverty alleviation in Anhui Province and the whole country.The analysis results show that the factors affecting the development of rural tourism in Lingbi County can be divided into three levels:(1)Direct factors.Including tourism service level,safety management,promotion and brand image of scenic spots.(2)driving factors.Including tourism accessibility,infrastructure and tourism resources evaluation.(3)fundamental factors.Including the level of economic development and policy support.Those ten influencing factors constitute an indicator system of influencing factors of rural tourism in Lingbi County.In order to improve the effectiveness of tourism poverty alleviation,the development of rural tourism in Lingbi County should focus on improving infrastructure construction,enriching the rural tourism product system,enhancing the cultural connotation of tourism,and strengthening publicity and marketing.
