摘要
为满足码头岸电项目建设实施过程中对供电能力、监控管理和安全保障的要求,需对岸电系统进行合理设计。以某岸电项目为例,基于现有的岸电标准、高压变配电技术、高压变频技术、计算机控制及信息技术和高压操作规程等,从岸电电源系统、监控及信息系统和系统安全等3个方面对其码头岸电系统进行整体设计,实现电源供电、系统监控和安全保障等功能。实际应用结果表明,该岸电系统具有良好的应用效果。
The system is designed according to the standards about shore-to-ship power system and high-voltage operation rules based on high-voltage distribution technology,high-voltage frequency conversion technology,and computer control technology.The overall system consists of power subsystem,supervision and information subsystem and safety subsystem,achieving power supply,system monitoring and security.The design has been used in projects and realized specified functions.
