摘要
轨道交通地下段的二次结构噪声相比振动更易对周围环境产生影响,2018年版《环境影响评价技术导则城市轨道交通》(HJ 453—2018)给出了预测二次结构噪声的基本方法,但未给出预测振动速度的方法,导致部分环评单位无法顺利开展二次结构噪声预测,无法准确预测输入参数,进而导致预测结果存在偏差。针对该问题,在近年来开展的大量室内振动、二次结构噪声频谱特征和源强研究的基础上,通过类比同城市典型振动速度频谱,利用HJ 453—2018中的精确公式进行二次结构噪声预测。实践结果表明,该方法准确性较好,可供环评单位或轨道交通设计单位参考。
Ground-borne generated by underground railway can be easily perceived and may cause complaints.The technical guideline HJ 453-2018 provides a basic method for the prediction of ground-borne noise.However,the method for prediction of vibration velocity is not specified,which makes some environmental assessment institution fail to use it appropriately.It is for sure that erroneous input parameters lead to the wrong prediction result.The method here is based on deep researches for years in the spectrum characteristics of ground-borne noise and the vibration intensity of the source.With the typical vibration velocity spectrum measured in the interested city as the input,the equation specified in HJ 453-2018 can make accurate prediction of the ground-borne noise.
