摘要
如何在信息化条件下进行服务创新已是各行各业较为关切的问题。为保持我国航运企业的竞争优势,需研究如何在信息化条件下进行服务创新,这是促进企业高效发展、提升客户体验和增强客户好感的必然要求。结合航运信息化管理经验,阐述航运企业在信息化条件下进行服务创新的思考与实践,以期为航运企业的信息化服务创新发展提供思路。
How to innovate businesses in the context of informatization has become the hot topic of all walks of life.China,As a big shipping country,must encourage shipping service innovation for the industry to remain competitive.The basic principle is to respond to the demands of clients,improve customer experience and enhance customer goodwill.The thoughts and practice on taking the advantage of informatization and encouraging shipping service innovation are presented.
