摘要
随着近年来网约车行业的蓬勃发展,网约车安全问题日益凸显。针对我国网约车安全治理过程中所遇到的困难及问题,基于网络生态理论,论述网约车网络生态的整体性、社会性、开放性和协同性特征,构建由主体因子、技术因子、环境因子等构成的网约车安全网络生态系统模型;分析网约车安全的影响因素并对该问题的治理提出对策建议。
In recent years,with online car-hailing industry developing prosperously,the safety problem has become increasingly prominent.In view of the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of online car-hailing security governance in China,this paper discusses the integrity,sociality,openness and coordination characteristics of online car-hailing network ecology based on the network ecology theory,constructs an ecological system model composed of main factors,technical factors and environmental factors for online-car-hailing security network,analyzes the influencing factors of online car-hailing security and offers suggestion to the security governance of the industry.This study provides reference to facilitate the upgrading of the security governance system of online car-hailing in China.
