HIV预防信息传递模式对男男性行为者高危性行为的预防效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of HIV Prevention Information Transmission Mode on High-risk Sexual Behaviors of Men who Have Sex with Men

目的研究艾滋病病毒(HIV)预防信息传递模式对男男性行为者(MSM)高危性行为的预防效果。方法以滚雪球法募集在本地区主要公共活动场所以及互联网的MSM人群100名进行研究。采用HIV“专家-关键信息员-MSM”预防信息传递模式对所有纳入对象进行干预。分别于干预前和干预后3个月,比较MSM人群高危性行为以及安全套使用情况。以MSM预防HIV健康信念量表以及安全性行为自我效能量表对所有受试者进行调查,并进行干预前和干预后3个月的比较。结果干预后各项高危性行为人数占比、从未使用安全套人数占比低于干预前,而每次都用安全套人数占比高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后预防HIV相关健康信念评分、总分及安全性行为自我效能评分、总分均高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论HIV预防信息传递模式可有效提高MSM人群的高危性行为预防效果,同时改善MSM人群的HIV预防健康信念以及安全性行为自我效能。

Objective To study the effect of HIV prevention information transfer mode on MSM high-risk sexual behaviors.Methods A total of 100 MSM subjects were recruited in the main public places and the Internet in this area by the snowball method.HIV"expert-key-information staff-MSM"prevention information transfer mode was used to intervene all the subjects.MSM high-risk sexual behavior and condom use were compared before and 3 months after the intervention,respectively.In addition,MSM HIV prevention Health Belief Scale and Safe Sex Self-efficacy scale were used to investigate all subjects,and a comparison was made between before and 3 months after the intervention.Results The proportion of MSM population with high-risk sexual behaviors after intervention was lower than that before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportion of MSM population who had never used condoms was lower than that before intervention,while the proportion of MSM population who had used condoms every time was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores and total scores of VARIOUS HIV-related health beliefs of MSM population were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of various safe sex self-efficacy scales in MSM population after intervention were all higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion THE HIV prevention information transmission model can effectively improve the prevention effect of high-risk sexual behaviors in MSM population,and improve the HIV prevention health belief and safe sex self-efficacy in MSM population.It is worthy of clinical application.
