Objective Explore the effect of vitality intervention on young and middle-aged patients with myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 146 young and middle-aged patients with myocardial infarction admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the control group, and 73 young and middle-aged patients with myocardial infarction given routine intervention were selected in the control group. The self-ability,quality of life and the incidence of main end events were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months(P<0.05);the scores of physiological function, psychological function, somatic pain, general health function, social function, energy, emotional function and mental health in the observation group after 3 months were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of major events in the observation group after 3 months was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitality intervention in young and middle-aged patients with myocardial infarction can significantly improve the ability of self-care and quality of life, and effectively reduce the incidence of major events. It is worthy of promotion.
