β-蜕皮甾酮应用于心血管疾病的研究进展

Research Progress ofβ-ecdysterone in Cardiovascular Diseases

目前在世界范围内已发现约有440种蜕皮激素,其中,β-蜕皮甾酮是研究最多、应用最广泛的一种。关于β-蜕皮甾酮的研究迄今为止已发表过各类论文近千篇,主要致力于研究其在体内合成代谢及神经系统等方面的效应,而关于其在心血管疾病方面的研究却寥寥可数。故本文将主要针对目前β-蜕皮甾酮在心血管疾病中的研究进展进行综述,并从β-蜕皮甾酮的药理作用、毒理作用、应用及展望方面作简单总结,期待为后续研究以作参考借鉴。

At present,a total of 440 kinds of ecdysteroids have been found worldwide,of whichβ-ecdysterone is the most studied and most widely used.The research onβ-ecdysterone has so far published nearly a thousand papers of various types,mainly dedicated to the study of its effects in the body′s anabolism and nervous system.But there are few studies on cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,this paper will mainly focus on the review of current research progress ofβ-ecdysterone in cardiovascular diseases,and briefly summarize the pharmacological effects,toxicological effects,applications and prospects ofβ-ecdysterone to provide a certain reference for subsequent research.
