摘要
以网络平台招聘信息为研究对象,以石家庄市招聘企业为例,从职责需求频率、能力要求频率等方面入手,探究当前翻译岗位对翻译人才的需求倾向。调查结果显示:企业招聘时,笔译类工作占市场主体,全职翻译人才需求更普遍,而企业在招聘过程中对复合型、应用型及外向型翻译人才的需求频率更高,对毕业生工作经验、主观能力最为看重。因此,高校应从人才需求数据库、育人模式、教学体系入手,以职业为导向,切实提高学生翻译能力和职业素养,为语言服务业的发展贡献力量。
The investigation chooses the recruitment information on the online platform as the research object and takes the enterprises in Shijiazhuang as examples to explore the tendencies of the enterprises'job requirements from the aspects of requirement frequency of job responsibilities and capacities.The investigation shows that written translation work accounts for the majority of the market and the demand for full-time translation talents is more common,but enterprises have a higher frequency of demand for compound,applied and export-oriented translators and think high of the experiences and subjective abilities of interpreters.So colleges should improve students'translation ability and professional quality from the aspects of talent demand database,education model and teaching system so as to make great contributions to the development of language service industry.
