乡村振兴人才培养模式探析--线上线下混合教学的实践

On the Training Mode of Rural Revitalization Talents--Practice of Online and Offline Blended Teaching

乡村振兴,人才为要。为贯彻落实党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略,泉州电大实施乡村振兴人才学历提升计划,采用线上线下教学新模式培养乡村人才,本文阐述了泉州电大在实施“乡村振兴人才学历提升计划”的意义及在办学模式上做出的实践创新,剖析人才培养项目在开展过程中存在的问题,并结合实际提出优化策略。

Talent is the most important thing in Rural Revitalization.In order to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the open university of Quanzhou implements the education promotion plan of Rural Revitalization talents,adopts the new online and offline teaching mode to cultivate rural talents.This paper expounds the significance of implementing the"Rural Revitalization talent education promotion plan"and the practical innovation in school running mode,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of talent training projects,Combined with the actual situation,the optimization strategy is put forward.
