应用型本科高校大学生综合素质评价研究

Evaluation Research of Undergraduate’s Comprehensive Quality in Application-oriented University

对应用型本科大学生进行综合素质的评价是地方本科高校转型发展的客观要求。文章以层次分析法为主要研究方法,从大学生文化素质等方面建立应用型本科高校大学生综合素质的评价指标体系,并通过构造判断矩阵等数学方法求出每个一级、二级指标的权重,进而建立大学生综合素质评价模型。文章最后对部分指标权重、取值方法以及模型的使用做了简要说明,以期为相关高校实际运用提供借鉴。

It is an inevitable requirement that application-oriented universities evaluate their undergraduates’comprehensive quality.Taking AHP as a main research method,the paper establishes the evaluation Index system based on mathematical methods and then construct the judgment matrix,and calculate the weight of each level index,setting up the evaluation model.Finally,some indexes weight,value method and the use of the model are briefly explained,so as to provide reference and thought for relevant universities.
