流行病学视域下的“体育流行病”述评

Review of Sports Epidemiology from Perspective of Epidemiology

采用文献、逻辑分析等方法,以流行病学为基本视角对目前体育领域和体育活动中存在的相关问题进行解析,探讨了体育流行病学和体育流行病的概念及机制。结论:流行病学作为预防医学的子学科之一,在预防医学领域有着非常重要的地位,近年来也得到了快速的发展,其在体育领域的作用和运用也越来越广泛。随着国家竞技体育和大众体育的全面开花,体育领域出现的问题和危害健康的各种情况也日益凸显,运用流行病学的方法研究体育领域的相关问题对体育的发展和人们更好地从事体育活动有重要的作用和意义。然而在多变且复杂的体育环境中,体育流行病的研究和学科建设还存在很大空白面,需要从研究方法、学科建设、理论支撑等方面进一步发展完善。

By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the related problems in the field of sports and sports activities from the perspective of epidemiology,and probes into the concepts and mechanisms of sports epidemiology and sports epidemic.As one of the sub-disciplines of preventive medicine,epidemiology has a very important position in the field of preventive medicine.In recent years,it has also been rapid development,and its role and application in the field of sports are more and more extensive.With the full bloom of national competitive sports and mass sports,the problems and health hazards in the field of sports have become increasingly prominent.It is of great significance to study the related problems in the field of sports by means of epidemiology for the development of sports and people’s better participation in sports activities.However,in the changeable and complex sports environment,there is still a large blank in the research and discipline construction of sports epidemic,which needs to be further developed and perfected from the aspects of research methods,discipline construction and theoretical support.
