中外人文交流视域下校园足球国际合作的实践情势和优化方略

Practical Situation and Optimization Strategy of International Cooperation in Campus Football from Perspective of Sino-foreign Cultural Exchange

通过搜集2014~2018年校园足球国际合作的数据,分析校园足球国际合作的现实背景,还原实践概貌,剖析现实问题,探讨行之有效的优化方略,旨在为促进校园足球发展提质增效和推进中外人文交流提供思路与参考。研究认为,校园足球国际合作的现实背景包括:政策激励、外交引领和内生驱动。校园足球国际合作实践具有以下特点:数量和规模不断增长;合作布局主要集中于欧洲足球强国;合作内容和形式多样,并呈现高度机制化;相对于中方合作主体普遍具备官方背景,外方合作主体社会化程度更高,组成更多元。针对校园足球国际合作在亲和力、受众面、品牌度、传播力等方面面临的现实问题,从完善顶层设计,构建战略规划、坚持重心下沉,倡导"拼船出海"、扩大人文交流范围,选准合作公约数、提升传播能力,加强绩效评估4个方面提出优化方略。

By collecting the data of international cooperation of campus football from 2014 to 2018,this paper analyzes the realistic background of international cooperation of campus football,restores the general picture of practice,analyzes practical problems,and explores effective optimization strategies,aiming to provide ideas and references for promoting the quality and efficiency of campus football development and promoting sino-foreign cultural exchange.The research shows that the realistic background of international cooperation of campus football includes:policy incentive,diplomatic guidance and endogenous drive.The international cooperation practice of campus football has the following characteristics:the number and scale of cooperation are increasing;the cooperation layout is mainly concentrated in European football powers;the content and form of cooperation are diverse and highly institutionalized;compared with the Chinese cooperation subjects,the foreign cooperation bodies have higher degree of socialization and more diversified composition.In view of the practical problems faced by the international cooperation of campus football in terms of affinity,audience,brand degree and communication power.This paper puts forward the optimization strategy from four aspects:improving the top-level design and building strategic planning,adhering to the sinking of the center of gravity and advocating"boat racing to sea",expanding the scope of people to people exchanges and selecting the common divisor of cooperation,improving the communication ability and strengthening the performance evaluation.
