摘要 SSG(Small-Sided Game,SSG)是一种教练员利用人数或场地小于标准规模,通过灵活制定规则,以模拟比赛场景的有球训练方法,一般持续训练10~25min。在探讨国内篮球专项训练不足的基础上,分析篮球SSG训练的优势,并对SSG在篮球体能和技术等方面的应用现状进行综述,针对现有研究的不足提出了未来的研究方向。研究发现,运动员在篮球SSG中有较高的训练负荷、触球率和技术使用率,长期SSG干预能对提高运动员的体能、保持和提升技术能力有积极作用。未来研究应致力于明确不同位置球员在SSG中的应用效果对比、不同操作方案的SSG对训练效果的影响,并考虑采用正式比赛中的运动表现作为测试和评价指标,为SSG应用于篮球专项训练提供科学化指导。 Small-sided game(SSG)is a kind of ball training method that coaches make use of the number of players or venues smaller than the standard size,and flexibly formulate rules to simulate the game scene.Generally,the training lasts for 10 to 25 minutes.On the basis of discussing the deficiency of basketball special training in China,this paper analyzes the advantages of basketball SSG training,summarizes the application status of SSG in basketball physical fitness and technology,and puts forward the future research direction according to the deficiency of existing research.The results show that athletes have higher training load,ball touch rate and technical utilization rate in basketball SSG.Long-term SSG intervention can improve athletes’physical fitness,maintain and enhance technical ability.The future research should focus on the comparison of the application effect of different position players in SSG,the influence of SSG with different operation schemes on the training effect,and consider using the sports performance in the formal competition as the test and evaluation index,so as to provide scientific guidance for the application of SSG in basketball special training.
