摘要
随着工业的发展,重金属污染日益严重,对社会经济发展、人民健康造成重大负面影响,已经成为全球性的环境问题。重金属抗性植物的遴选是重金属污染修复的关键,对其相关基因的研究是重金属修复生态学的重要科学问题。通过综述国内外重金属对植物基因表达的影响以及植物适应重金属胁迫的相关基因生物学机理的研究成果,旨在为未来重金属修复生态的植物遗传育种提供理论引导。
With the development of industry,heavy metal pollution has increased day by day,causing significant negative effects on social and economic development and people s health,and has become a global environmental problem.Selection of heavy metal tolerant plants is key to restore polluted land,and the understanding of tolerance-related genes will be one of the most important to heavy metal restoration ecology.This article aims to review the effects of heavy metals on plant gene expression at home and abroad and the research results of the biological mechanisms of plants adapting to heavy metal stress,and provide a theoretical basis for the genetic breeding of important crop plants in the future.
