摘要
结合我国城市大气污染源解析、清单分析结果及相关减排行动措施,采用压力-状态-响应(PSR)概念模型,在考量压力、状态的前提下,以响应系统为主要出发点和最终目标,构建了6项大气污染减排行动方向、33项细化措施指标的绩效评估指标库,为城市大气污染防治措施的科学评估提供依据。
Combined with the list of air pollution sources results in China,a complex air management performance evaluation index library for air pollution reduction action measures is established with a Pressure-State-Response(PSR)model.The index library contains 6 second-level indexes and 33 third-level indexes.The aim is to provide scientific basis for the evaluation of urban air pollution prevention and control measures for government.
