Research on the Construction and Management of University Library’s Green and Healthy Network in the Era of “Internet +”

“互联网+”时代加强高校图书馆绿色健康网络建设意义重大。但是,目前诸多高校图书馆设施不健全、信息资源不完善、网络安全系数不高、工作人员素养不佳,缺乏绿色健康网络运行的设施保障、内容保障、安全保障和素质保障。高校图书馆要与时俱进积极探索新路径,努力从“加强硬件和软件建设,提高网络安全运行保障;加强网络资源开发和建设,建设网络集成文献信息;加强安全技术应用,建设健康安全网络;提高馆员素质,建设文明生态网络”这四个维度来推进绿色健康网络建设和管理工作,为广大读者提供更便捷、更先进、更优质的网络信息服务。

In the“Internet+”era,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of green and healthy network in university libraries.However,at present,many college libraries have inadequate facilities,imperfect information resources,low network security factors,poor staff literacy,and lack of facilities,content,security and quality assurance for the operation of green and healthy networks.University libraries should keep pace with the times,actively explore new paths,and promote the construction and management of green and healthy network from four aspects,that is to strengthen the construction of hardware and software and improve the security of network security operations;to strengthen the development and construction of network resources,and build network integrated documental information;to strengthen the application of security technologies,and build health and safe networks;to improve the quality of librarians and build a civilized ecological network,thus to better provide readers with more convenient,advanced and high-quality network information services.
