摘要
腰背健康智能可穿戴设备具有矫姿、运动保护、提供动力、理疗按摩等功能,起到保护腰背健康、放松腰背部肌肉、提前预防及治疗腰背痛的作用。其应用重力、拉伸、肌电等传感技术,产品形态以小型设备、装置为主,少部分以柔性传感器的形式设计融合在服装中。在对人体腰背健康影响因素分析的基础上,综述了腰背健康智能可穿戴设备的研究与应用现状,展望了腰背健康智能可穿戴设备向合体性、个性化、柔性与智能化方向发展的趋势。
Smart wearable devices for the waist and back had the functions of posture correction, sports protection, power supply, physiotherapy and massage, etc, which could protect the health of the waist and back, relax the muscles of the back and prevent and treat back pain. The gravity, stretch, electromyography and other sensing technologies were applied. The form of the product was mainly small equipment and devices, and a small part was integrated into clothing in the form of flexible sensor. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of human waist and back health, the research and application status of smart wearable devices for waist and back health were summarized. The development trend of smart wearable devices for waist and back health towards fitness, personalization, flexibility and intelligence was prospected.
