石化装置保温层下腐蚀检测技术进展 被引量:6

Development of Inspection Technology of Corrosion under Insulation in Petrochemical Plant

摘要 近年来,随着石油化工装置运行年限的增加,设备和管道的保温层下腐蚀(CUI)问题变得日益突出,严重威胁装置的安全稳定运行。在分析CUI成因的基础上,综述了传统CUI检测方法和新型无损监检测技术的研究进展,对比分析了各种CUI检查方法的优缺点。选择CUI的检查方法时应从可操作性、工作量、效率、效果、成本及安全等方面进行综合评判和分析,选择出最合适的监检测技术或方法,从而实现精准高效监检测。 With the increase of operation life,problem of corrosion under insulation(CUI)in the equipment and pipeline became serious,which threatened the safe and stable operation of the unit.Based on the cause analysis of CUI,traditional corrosion detection methods and new non-destructive monitoring technology were introduced.Then the advantages and disadvantages of different CUI inspection methods were compared.It was proposed that the selection of CUI inspection methods should be comprehensively evaluated and analyzed from the aspects of operability,workload,efficiency,effect,cost and safety,so as to get the most appropriate technology or technology combination to achieve the purpose of accurate and efficient monitoring and detection.
