摘要
油气管道保温层下腐蚀是油气行业十分普遍的问题,这类腐蚀的形貌多为点蚀,并且可能导致应力腐蚀开裂。如果在早期不进行及时检测并采取预防措施,保温层下腐蚀将会对日常生产、环境、人身财产安全等产生灾难性的后果。根据最新保温层下腐蚀无损检测技术即:脉冲涡流技术和巨磁电阻传感器涡流技术及其应用,结合能对保温层下腐蚀进行可靠预测的概率模型,可准确预测和检测保温层下腐蚀,也能有效抑制保温层下的腐蚀。
Corrosion under insulation(CUI)is quite common and extremely serious in oil and gas industry.The morphology of CUI is usually pitting corrosion and may lead to stress corrosion cracking.CUI will cause a disastrous impact on daily production,environment,personal and property safety if there is no early detection and preventive action.Related research progress and representative cases in recent years are reviewed,mainly involving pulsed eddy current technology and giant magnetoresistance sensor eddy current technology.Furthermore,probability models for predicting CUI with the aid of above methods are summarized.
