一起因加工动物内脏引起的布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查一起由加工动物内脏导致的布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情,为布鲁氏菌病预防与控制提供借鉴。方法通过对医院、村庄进行主动搜索,检索医疗机构上报的传染病报告信息管理系统等方式获得该区的人间布鲁氏菌病病例,采取现场查看、当面访谈和电话调查的方式开展病例个案调查,同时完成病例标本实验室检测。结果本起布病疫情共报告2例确诊病例和9例隐性感染者。虎红平板凝集实验、试管凝集实验(SAT)均为阳性。结论根据患者临床表现、流行病学调查以及实验室检测结果,该起布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情是由加工羊内脏引起的。应强化生物安全意识,落实防护措施。 OBJECTIVE To investigate an aggregate outbreak of brucellosis caused by animal offal processing,and to provide references for the prevention and control of brucellosis.METHODS Active case finding were conducted in local hospitals and villages,the incidence data of human brucellosis reported by local medical facilities were collected through communicable disease reporting system,field survey and face to face or telephone survey were conducted,and case sample detection was completed.RESULTS In this outbreak,a total of 2 confirmed cases and 9 latent infections had been reported.The results of RBPT and SAT were all positive.CONCLUSION This brucellosis outbreak was caused by sheep offal processing,according to clinical manifestations,epidemiological investigations and laboratory test results.The public should strengthen their awareness of biosafety and implement protective measures.
