摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC),用于测定三七黄芪颗粒中丹参素的含量.方法采用YMC Triart C18(4.6mm×250mm,5um)高效液相色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%乙酸(10:90),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm.结果线性回归方程为y=750.96x+3.5891(r=0.999),丹参素0.0793~0.7934ug范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,准确度平均回收率为98.3%(RSD为1.5%,n=6).结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于三七黄芪颗粒中丹参素的含量测定.
Objective To establish a method to determine sodium danshensu in Sanqihuangqi Keli by HPLC.Method Column:YMC Triart C18(4.6mm×250mm,5um);Mobile phase:methanol-1%acetic acid(10:90);Flow rate:1.0mL/min;Detective wabelength:280nm.Result The regression equation was y=750.96x+3.5891(r=0.999),The content of danshensu showed good linearity in the range of 0.0793~0.7934ug,The averaging aceuracy of content's was 98.3%(RSD=1.5%o,n=6).Conclusion The method is found to be simple,quick,accuracy,it can be used as a standard of determining the concentration of sodium danshensu in Sanqihuangqi Keli.
