分娩球联合自由体位在初产妇助产护理中的应用效果

Application effect of birth ball combined with free posture in midwifery nursing of primipara

目的对在初产妇的助产护理工作中对分娩球联合自由体位的应用效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的初产妇110例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,按照随机数字表法将这些患者划分为常规助产组和联合助产组,每组各有55例。分别采用不同助产方式对两组产妇进行助产护理,比较两组产妇的助产效果。结果联合助产组的产程时间和产后出血量明显低于常规助产组,两组产妇比较经过统计学检验结果显示为P<0.05。联合助产组的自然分娩率明显高于常规助产组,两组产妇比较经过统计学检验结果显示为P<0.05。结论在初产妇的助产护理工作中应用分娩球联合自由体位能够有效地降低产后出血量,缩短产程,而且可以提高其自然分娩率。

Objective:To explore the effect of using the delivery ball combined with free posture in the midwifery nursing work of primiparas.Methods:A total of 110 primiparas treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects included in this study.These patients were divided into conventional midwifery group and combined midwifery group according to the random number table method.The midwifery care of the two groups was performed using different midwifery methods,and the midwifery effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The delivery time and postpartum hemorrhage in the combined midwifery group were significantly lower than those in the conventional midwifery group.The comparison between the two groups of women showed that the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the combined midwifery group was significantly higher than that of the conventional midwifery group.The comparison of the two groups of women through statistical tests showed that(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of birth ball combined with free position in the midwifery nursing work of primiparas can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the birth process,and increase its natural delivery rate.
