摘要
目的对妊娠高血压患者采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的妊娠高血压患者80例作为本次研究纳入的对象,随机将其划分为单一用药组(40例)和联合用药组(40例)。单一用药组应用硫酸镁治疗,联合用药组在此基础上应用硝苯地平治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果单一用药组与联合用药组治疗前的舒张压和收缩压比较(P>0.05),联合用药组治疗后的舒张压和收缩压均明显低于单一用药组(P<0.05)。单一用药组中有2例终止妊娠,1例产后出血,3例早产,3例剖宫产,不良妊娠结局率为22.5%,联合用药组中有1例早产,1例剖宫产,不良妊娠结局率为5.0%,联合用药组不良妊娠结局率明显低于单一用药组(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠高血压患者采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗能够有效控制患者的舒张压和收缩压,而且可以改善其母婴结局。
Objective:To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on pregnant hypertension.Methods:Eighty patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital were selected as the subjects included in this study.They were randomly divided into a single drug group(40 patients)and a combined drug group(40 patients).The single medication group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the combined medication group was treated with nifedipine on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results:The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before treatment of the single drug group were significantly lower than those of the single drug group(P>0.05).There were 2 cases of termination of pregnancy,1 case of postpartum hemorrhage,3 cases of premature delivery,3 cases of cesarean section,and an adverse pregnancy outcome rate of 22.5%,and 1 case of premature delivery,1 case of cesarean section,and poor pregnancy in the combined medication group.The outcome rate was 5.0%,and the adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the combined drug group was significantly lower than that in the single drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can effectively control the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients,and improve their maternal and infant outcomes.
