卡络磺钠氯化钠注射液在结肠息肉切除术中的止血效果评估

Evaluation of hemostatic effect of sodium caloxolate and sodium chloride injection in colon polypectomy

目的探讨卡络磺钠氯化钠注射液在结肠息肉切除术中的止血效果。方法从2018年7月至2019年7月时间段选取88例行结肠息肉切除术患者为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配法将入选患者按照11比例列入到观察组与对照组中,前者采用卡络磺钠氯化钠注射液止血,后者采用血凝酶止血,对比两组凝血功能指标、出血时间、单位面积出血量及出血总量、术后出血发生率及不良反应。结果两组患者手术前后凝血功能指标对比无明显差异,组间对比也无明显差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组出血时间短、单位面积出血量及出血总量更少(P<0.05);观察组术后出血发生率4.55%(2/44),显著低于对照组15.91%(7/44)(P<0.05),两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论针对行结肠息肉切除术的患者,采用卡络磺钠氯化钠注射液对其凝血机制无较大影响,且出血时间短,减少单位面积出血量及出血总量,减少术后出血发生率,安全性得到证实。

Objective:To investigate the hemostatic effect of sodium carnosulfonate and sodium chloride injection in colon polypectomy.Methods:The subjects were selected as 88 patients undergoing colonic polypectomy,selected from July 2018 to July 2019.The selected patients were included in the observation group and the control group at a ratio of 1:1 using a computerized random allocation method.The former was hemostasis with Caloxol sodium and sodium chloride injection,and the latter was hemostasis with hemocoagulase.The two groups were compared with coagulation function indexes,bleeding time,bleeding volume per unit area and total bleeding,postoperative bleeding incidence and adverse reactions.Results:There was no significant difference in the coagulation function index between the two groups of patients before and after surgery,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter bleeding time,less bleeding per unit area and less total bleeding(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative bleeding in the observation group was 4.55%(2/44),which was significantly lower than 15.91%(7/44)(P<0.05)in the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:For patients undergoing colonic polypectomy,the use of sodium carnosulfone and sodium chloride injection has no significant effect on the coagulation mechanism,and the bleeding time is short,reducing the amount of bleeding per unit area and the total amount of bleeding,and reducing the incidence of postoperative bleeding,the safety has been confirmed.
