奥硝唑、左氧氟沙星联合妇炎康复胶囊对慢性盆腔炎的疗效

The effect of ornidazole,levofloxacin combined with Fuyankangfu capsule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨奥硝唑、左氧氟沙星联合妇炎康复胶囊对慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法选取40例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组使用奥硝唑和左氧氟沙星,观察组使用奥硝唑、左氧氟沙星联合妇炎康复胶囊。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组慢性盆腔炎患者的腰骶痛、腹痛、带下多和经量多积分明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑、左氧氟沙星联合妇炎康复胶囊对于慢性盆腔炎有比较显著的疗效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ornidazole,levofloxacin combined with Fuyankangfu capsule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Forty patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used ornidazole and levofloxacin,and the observation group used ornidazole,levofloxacin combined with Fuyankangfu capsule.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of lumbosacral pain,abdominal pain,heavy girdle and heavy menstrual volume of the two groups of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients were significantly reduced(P<0.05).And the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ornidazole,levofloxacin combined with Fuyankangfu Capsules has a significant effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
