临床护理路径在有机磷农药中毒护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of clinical nursing path in organophosphorus pesticide poisoning nursing

目的探讨临床护理路径在有机磷农药中毒护理中的应用效果。方法以58例有机磷农药中毒患者为观察对象,就诊时间段为2016年9月至2019年9月,按照患者先后入院顺序平分为两组,命名为对照组的共29例患者,给予常规护理,命名为观察组的共29例患者,给予临床护理路径,比较两组洗胃液量、抢救时间,比较抢救成功率和并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组洗胃液量更少,洗胃时间及抢救时间更短(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能显著缩短有机农药中毒患者的抢救时间,减少洗胃液用量,提升抢救成功率,降低并发症。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in the nursing of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:Fifty-eight cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were taken as the observation objects.The period of consultation was from September 2016 to September 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order in which they were admitted to the hospital.A total of 29 patients were named as the control group and received routine care.A total of 29 patients were named as the observation group,and they were given clinical nursing routes.The amount of gastric lavage and rescue time between the two groups were compared,and the rescue success rate and complication rate were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had less gastric lavage fluid,and shorter gastric lavage time and rescue time(P<0.05);the observation group had a significantly higher rescue success rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path can significantly shorten the rescue time of patients with organic pesticide poisoning,reduce the amount of gastric lavage,improve the rescue success rate,and reduce complications,which has positive promotion value.
