五联检验在阴道炎病原体诊断中的价值探讨

Discussion on the value of wulian test in the diagnosis of pathogen of vaginitis

目的对五联检验在阴道炎病原体诊断中的价值进行分析探讨。方法以2018年1月至2019年10月在本院行阴道分泌物检查的191例患者作为研究对象,对患者分别行阴道炎五联检测与常规检测,对比两种方法白带异常检出率及阴道炎检出率。结果五联检验法的白带异常检出率为61.26%,显著高于常规检验的47.64%(P<0.05)。五联检验的阴道炎检出率为81.68%,显著高于常规检验的67.02%(P<0.05)。结论对阴道炎患者行阴道炎五联检测,能够提高检出率,为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the value of wulian test in the diagnosis of pathogen of vaginitis.Methods:A total of 191 patients who underwent vaginal discharge examination in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The detection rates of abnormal leucorrhea and vaginitis by the two methods were compared by the penta test and the conventional test,respectively.Results:The detection rate of leucorrhea anomaly was 61.26%,which was significantly higher than 47.64%(P<0.05).The detection rate of vaginitis in the penta test was 81.68%,which was significantly higher than the 67.02%in the routine test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penta detection of vaginitis can improve the detection rate,provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
